About me

In 2023, after many years away, I returned to art — and rediscovered how powerfully it can speak to people. My work is created using pencil, charcoal, acrylic, and oil, often inspired by photographs I’ve taken of moments with my family. Each piece is more than an image; it’s a story of place, memory, and connection.

For most of my career, I worked in media production — photography, video, and animation. In my twenties, however, I was diagnosed with an inherited eye condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa. Over time, my vision has narrowed to the point where I am now registered as Severely Sight Impaired. While video work is no longer practical for me, I’m grateful to still have enough central vision to create artwork. There’s also a personal urgency in what I do: I want to make as much art as I can, while I still can.

This stage of my life is about embracing creativity and sharing the beauty I see with others. Art for me, is about capturing fleeting moments that make life extraordinary. I’d love for you to join me on this journey — whether that’s by exploring my prints, signing up to my mailing list, or simply reaching out to share your thoughts.

"My paintings capture fleeting moments — of joy, wonder, and connection — so they can be lived with forever."
