Thank you for supporting my small art practice. I run this shop alongside my studio work, so processing and communication are personal (just me!), but I’ll always do my best to keep things clear and timely.
1. Order Processing Times
Canvas Prints (Print-on-Demand)
All canvas prints are made to order through my print partner, Printumo.
Process timeline:

Your order is sent to my print partner automatically at checkout.

I confirm and pay for production on my side.

Production time: usually 1–2 business days.

Once produced, your print is shipped directly to you from their fulfilment centre.
You will automatically receive tracking details once the parcel has shipped.
Postcards
Postcards are shipped directly by me from the UK.
Processing time:

Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
2. Shipping Times & Methods
UK

Canvas Prints: typically 2–5 business days after production.

Postcards: Royal Mail First Class or Second Class (estimated 1–3 days).
International
Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within:

Canvas Prints: 5–14 business days after production

Postcards: 5–10 business days via standard international mail
Actual delivery times may vary depending on local carriers and customs processes.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

If free shipping promotions are running, they will be clearly marked.
4. Tracking Information

Canvas prints: always include tracking. You’ll receive a link by email once shipped.

Postcards: may be shipped via untracked or tracked services depending on the size of the order and destination..
5. Packaging

Canvas prints are packaged securely by Printumo in protective boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Postcards are sent in rigid, protective mailers/envelopes to avoid bending.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Customers)
International orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, or taxes charged by your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, I can’t control or predict these charges.

Import fees are not refundable if you choose to return an item.
7. Print-on-Demand Production: How It Works
To keep the quality high and reduce waste, canvas prints are made to order.
Here’s the simple version:

You place an order.

It’s automatically sent to Printumo.

I pay for production on my end.
-
Printumo produces your canvas in 1–2 business days.

It ships directly to you with tracking.

Order and tracking updates sync in real time with my store.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or seems to be stuck in transit, please get in touch:

9. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

I can reship once the item returns to my fulfilment partner or to me.
